OK, mystery solved. I have attached a photo of a 445 I recently sold. The mag ignition had been converted to EI so the mag coil is missing. Note the 2850 cast in the base of the one cylinder. Hope this helps.
Go back and reread posts #2 and #3 for more ID info. The 445 is a 74cc engine.
