Are you talking actual dimensions or if it would just look wierd in something like a diarama? For the most part the 1/18 stuff can pass the eye test unless it is right next to an identical 1/16 item. For instance this is a 1/18 figure and kubelwagon with a 1/16 tank (SU-76i.)
