I fly a 40 size Shrike with a JEN 57 in it - she flies very well - fast. My Shrike has the usual ailerons and single elevator and they are very much in control of the plane.
Not sure why he added the extra "elevators" in the wing, should be interesting!
I like the idea of flaps though...
