Just wanted to share something that took me by surprise unpacking this jet. AD does a great job of only shooting pictures of the Diamond (all colors except white) from the right side. Because of this, I never noticed that the servo hatches aren't body colored! They are plain white ABS plastic. On the white schemes, its blends in but will be noticeable on any other scheme. At first I was just planning to have the gold paint matched and paint the covers but that would of been risky since its ABS (I was afraid my paint would eat up the ABS). So my flying buddy suggested that I use 3M 1080 Carbon Fiber vinyl to cover them. I must say, I'm pleased with the result. For those of you that aren't familiar with this product, Its a high quality, 3D textured vinyl that is used on cars. Its hard for me to see the difference and of course, this is much more economical.
