yes i must say the Reed Engine is definetly a fast engine , my son used to have a KTM 60 moto x bike and this engine was a very powerfull reed design also seen the power of a small Polini water cooled reed engine spinning over 30k rpm,s. i remember we used to try different types of reeds such as going from stock stainless steel to fibreglass to carbon fibre all with different flex strengths. test test test heaps of fun.
