I'm not sure they are much 'safer' than a standard LiPo
High discharge (C) rate (lower IR) batteries are always heavier than lower C rated batteries (higher IR), so if you can afford the weight, there is no downside electrically.
These seem more like an EDF battery than an F3A battery to me.
