I think the ringmaster was one of my first built Airplanes for control line. I started flying back in the mid 60s with the Cox .049 plastic control line planes. I got into control line aerobatics with the flying wings and I remember that orange glue that often failed. Silk span and dope was the norm. My first larger plane was the ringmaster of which I crashed and built several. We moved out to the country in South Carolina when I was in the eighth grade. No hobby shop no way to get what I wanted to fly. It wasn't until I was in my late 40s after the military before I got into R/C. For various health reasons (disabled veteran) I have been in and out of the Hobby every since. I still love to fly just don't get to do it as often as I would like to.
