Its still irritating to have such poor attention to detail, even on plastic molded parts.

All I can say is that Team Associated kits are not 100% perfect. So far I had one locknut that was not cut (tapped?) correctly, and the chassis had a small amount of extra material on the front, and side edges. This bugged me a whole lot.


This coupled with inner arms having a tight fit, had me sanding/trimming longer than I remember on other kits. I guess it's better than having a loose fit and slop right off the bat.
