Good morning Ryan!

So:
there are already some carf p51 out with the IL155 and IL150. so we know, the plane can handle the weight. my kit was a very old one, so i decided to put a thin layer of glass on the nose edge of wings and stabs. in you case thats not possible, because itīs already painted, right ?
so... if the servos are stron engough and als links are builded stiff and strong, it will work. what i would try is, bring some epoxy with glass bubbles inside of the nose edges. you can use the servo ports for that, at the inner side you can drill a hole to bring it in. mix it, make it hot and inject it. should be easy.

all the weight isnīt on the firewall. a did a thick layer of carbon fiber in the front. the engine is mounted on the firewall and also it gets a front support. i will add some fotos of that if needed. for sure there are already some online here.
if you have a builded mustang, there is no reason for me to buy a new kit.

Tom
