Thanks Damo! I am working with another modeler on the gear, that bought a kit from Mirce. I had some CAD drawings from the Avonds 104 gear, and with those and some of his ideas he is going to draw the new gear up in Rhino.
Then I have a friend that makes anything you can want in a factory CNC machine, he will be making the parts, then they go back to the other guy for assembly. I hope we can make something that works!
Scale tire size is 6", but I'm going to use 5 1/2" here:
