Default My Sig CAP 231EX Rules!

After one year of hard 3D, and considering the negative rap that some models get, I just want to express my satisfaction with THIS ARF.

1. The model is wayyyyyy easy to fly. Even with the C.G. purposely moved far aft this airplane is FORGIVING. You can pull the stick back all the way and it will "harrier" all day!

2. The model is AGILE. It will do ALL 3D maneuvers published. It will tumble and do knife edge spins nonstop.

3. The model is BEAUTIFUL and EASY TO SEE in the air. I love that dark yellow ultracote.

3. So far, the only harware I've replaced are the spinner and the wheels (they all sucked)

4. I've flowned it at max speed (Moki 1.35 - max throttle) while doing a long sequence of rapid axial rolls or a kinife edge pass and so far I haven't seen any flutter damage other than a stripped rudder servo (I then switched from a 90 in/oz to a 140 in/oz rudder servo)

5. Not once, but twice the wing received significant abuse after a fellow modeler accidentally dropped a heavy object on it (my "friend" had left a heavy portable wooden table leaning against a tent post at the mercy of the wind, and wham!). The main structural elements of the wing were intact. Only some planking had to be CA'ed.

6. During the process of getting that Moki 1.35 adjusted properly the model sustained without damage some very interesting deadstick landings; either tipping over or hitting objects on the ground.

7. I would buy another one.
