Looks great! If interested, the DWG files for the Star 45 are already available online at the Star 45 Yahoo! Groups page. I'm pretty sure you can find them elsewhere too. John Fisher created them a number of years ago, and has put them out in the public. You can also already purchase laser cut frames for the Star 45 from Stevens Aeromodel. They use the files from John too.

In addition, if interested, a few years ago I wrote a 100 page construction manual on how to build the Star 45. It has the very creative name of "The Star 45 Construction Manual"!
