Almost done, cockpit and cowling to go. All covered in red and olive drab solartex, Fox 4.2, Bennett Smoke pump, looks great I think. Will post pics during engine break in if it ever stops raining. Remember, no paint.........stand-off scale, learned a long time ago not to paint in the winter up here as there is way too much water in the air and I didn't want to wait until summer.
JeffEE, was taking out the Flair Fokker DR1 and somehow bashed my tail also, probably in the doorway. So much for practicing with it and now I have another project to work on. I agree about the prop, BUSA has xoar 28x6 axial props for about $125, the power point props are garbage, out comes the wallet. It will be extra incentive to prevent nose overs.
