Whoa! Just getting back to this thread. Ken, don't do anything! If you do the law will throw the book at you! I'm only a couple hours away. And if you can wait until Memorial Day Weekend, I'll be at the Castle Fly-In, you're only 40 minutes away. Oh, the kids about three houses down from us used to abuse their pets. One day they were out throwing a bunny up into the air and into the street, wife saw that, pretty sure it died. Now those kids are always in trouble!
Anyway, probably won't be getting too much done on this build for a while with a big repair job to do. I started a little bit of it tonight, finding little pieces to put the canopy back together. It won't be pretty for sure. I talked to one of the guys at our local field today, he's a hot-rod guy so he knows how to handle glassing things and will give me a hand repairing and repainting the cowl. The rest I think I can handle. She will fly again!
