Incredible to think that my BVM F-16 Ducted Fan is almost 25 years old.
This may sound trivial but I purchased the kit from Arrow Models, Scarborough (UK), back in March 1993. My original option to ship the kit from BVM (USA) to Zimbabwe, back then - was simply way too expensive, and since I was flying overseas a lot it was way easier this way. So the kit was send to me in Crawley and I carried it home on a Commercial Flight.
It took me two and a half years to build (was a part time project), and the Maiden was done in November 1995, and I still continue to fly her several times a year.
