I have 2 IBU2 control boards and cannot get either of them to work. Installed per instructions, charged 2s lipo, tried two to be sure, transmitter and receiver communicating together, calibrated radio and control board, set dip switches, checked fuses. When powered up green light on control board flashes and headlights come on, but thats it, no sound, no startup, no movement of any kind.
