I do all my test fitting first. Then wrap one side of the stab with stretch wrap. Apply the epoxy to the stab saddle then slide the stab into place. Remove the shrink wrap and use a bunch of pieces of paper towel dipped in alcohol to clean up any mess on the stab and fuselage before it sets.
