This is a H.E.A.T. event run by Dana. He usually sets all tanks to TFA. He may change that and go with TFA for fixed guns since thats what the other clubs are doing and it may just save him and everyone eles trouble of switching back and forth, He may just stick with the TFA dunno.
On battle days the Friday is 3:00 pm and ussually runs until about 8-830 depending on everyone hunger. For Saturday tankers show up at 9 am. Sunday is the same.
I haven't seen Dana ever do a tech inspection but things like unobstructed apples and proper emitter depth is expected. Other than that you just need to have a working tank and have some fun.
