Hello all first of all, Hello I'm saltypigeon!

Lets cut to the chase i bought this car often a selling site, I turn the car on and the remote control all is well,I then pull the throttle. The car then takes a second to think and then starts moving but when i let the remote into netrual or brake it continues to move.

So my question is: Is this a fault battery or the ESC
