I guess the main question is if you want a true dedicated drifter or do you want a street based car with high grip tires that can also drift?

For a dedicated drifter on a low budget, I'd go with the Mission-D:

If you want a general all-around basher for both drifting and speed runs on a low budget, then I'd go with the DriftKing:
