Ok Time for the final installation of the turbine. The upper bypass is installed with a drop of CA on the wood screws. The turbine is installed with bolts, washers and lock washers as well as loctite. You can see that the bypass cover has been precisely milled for the fuel lines and electrical connections. Rubber grommets were installed. Notice how tightly the bypass fits over the turbine mounting plates. again I wanted the tightest bypass setup possible. It took it as a personal challenge to get this right. I cant tell you how hard it was to fit all of this in. The full bypass and saddle tanks challenged me! By the way as other have noted, I needed to warm the inlet joiner with the heat gun then immediately put the wing on. That molded the inlet joiner to the shape of the wing and now the wing fits perfectly with no resistance.
