Here is a look at my equipment tray. I cut this out of aircraft ply. Each screw has a drop of CA on it for security and you will also note that each screw is covered with retract tubing. This provides anti chaffing and extra security for the screw. It is also handy since you can route the wires between the screw and the servo case. To avoid drilling more holes in the tray for zip ties, I used a dab of goop on the zip tie heads underneath the tray. This keeps the bundles of wires from moving around. Also shown is my pre-flight checklist. I printed this out and then laminated it. It is held in place with double sided tape. I go through the checklist before each and every flight.
