Do a thousand cooks in the kitchen make a better meal? I do not think the question of testing is that unreasonable. After a mod is completed, I doubt that a complete testing cycle is completed. As we all know, changing one part of the code can affect other sections of the code. I am sure everyone is doing their very best during code creation, testing and distribution, but things can happen. So, yes I do think it is a reasonable question.
