I have never flashed my receiver, why are you doing this. The radio should be pretty much ready to use out of the box with minimal settings needed to get basic functionality.
There are plenty of youtube videos and tons of threads on this site and others. A bit of google searching will net you a badic owners manual of sorts concerning the software. I'll try to post a link or two this evening.
