So I bought a new nitro engine a ASP 61 two stroke ( just found the name of it) and I have the carb needles like this. High speed needles 2 1/2 turns open and the I blew air in the fuel line and closed the low speed needle till little air could past through, I haven't really tried running my engine I just know it runs but I haven't actually ran the engine for a minute yet Thanks
