Currently, I think you will find them on the next shelf to the hens teeth. This will continue until there is a viable demand for them to enable one to be developed for production in sufficient quantity. As you design and build yours, you will get an appreciation to why there are none on the market.
Auto screen wash pumps might get mentioned - OK for side thrusters, not much use for propulsion.
