If it doesn't already have them, it will need a servo for the rudder, possibly a high torque one, a winch for the sails (probably like https://www.servoshop.co.uk/index.php?pid=HITHS785HB ) and a radio outfit to plug them in to.
A good start to finding hands on help would be to put your general whereabouts in your profile, somebody local might see you. Or look for a model boat club in your area.
