I can tell you from experience that the 2860 is some motor. I ran a Rio ep with the 5050kv on 2s spinning an octura m435 3 blade. The motor had the boat over powered I couldn't believe my eyes, well the power of that motor ring the 1/8 flex shaft in quick order.

I know a brushless would probably beat it I use a ntm propdrive 2836 outrunner in one of my jet drive boats. That little motor is monstrously torquey, It will shoot a stream of water out of my jetdrive at least 12ft + .

I figure it's still very fast considering its brushed., still a lot of fun to drive The LM motor is really torquey , it is tough to spin it by the prop. I have 3/16 435 3 blade I sleeved to fit ⅛, the holeshot is phenomenal.
5050kv with 2s I image would eventually cavitate? at 42625rpm under load?. The LM motors don't spin fast but you don't lose much rpm under load.
Still a really fun setup. I wish I had tried 3s but I need to make a new prop bushing first. The old bushing is worn and has some play. I imagine a new bushing will help the rpm a bit.
