Hi Guys
I just finished another honeydo. The stairs to my shop were gettin overly rickety so I called in a contractor (another thousand bucks gone) but I am no longer afraid to use the stairs.
bad thing is they found a mess of termites so I'll be breaking out the spray equiptment. That's right I can't get no respect.
It's getting so that I have to pack up and move, just getting to crowded here, my neighbor sold out for less than two thirds of what he said he wanted and the new tennant already has a bad reputation. I haven't met him but I am a bit worried. meanwhile I continue to downsize in preparation for leaving.
