Just curious Rusty, do you have multiple brands of Lipos you're trying to use the low profile bullet connectors on? If so, maybe that's the issue. Stick with one brand so variances aren't an issue? Just a thought....

I currently use Hunger, WinMax, Vortex, and ZD Racing batteries. Ha!
Yes, you are correct about variances. My socket style batteries have told me they like birdcage style bullets better. I've learned my lesson. The four prong bullets will be used for other project I guess. My plan was to use them for a server power supply to charger leads. Of course, I have to wait for the power supply to arrive to start project.
My birdcage bullets arrived today and I will be converting some of them to low profile ones with the help of Dr. Emel.... I didn't pay top dollar for big name brand this time.
