I just ordered up a cowl from FiberGlass Specialties, and canopy from ParkFlyer Plastics. I've still got to get my plane out of my storage shed... but this might make a nice project. I've been thinking of engines I have on hand... I'd mentioned an OS .70 Surpass four-stroke I have... and after pondering, I'm now thinking about an OS .46FXi I acquired that just might be brand new.. It sure doesn't look like it's been ran anyway. The idea is to NOT over power this thing like I (we) are prone to do these days... Just a nice clean classic.. we'll see. I'll get some before pics in a few days. I hope I can handle this bad boy... They are way cool planes from the past right.
