I relocated my RX. Once I looked at it again today, I can confirm it was a break in transmission between the TX and RX when at a certain angle. There was a lot of metal between both antenna and the belly of the plane, so when it was flying on my left above me, and the landing gear was facing my TX, loss of signal.
I moved it back behind F3 on the right side, with one antenna facing back and one facing down. I can't envision any way the landing gear can interfere now. I may fly it tomorrow and if I get through a tank, then I will know if it is a keeper or list it for sale.
