It sounded like they wanted me to agree to the shipping, then they'd issue a refund and I'd reorder with no free shipping option so I'd pay either $17 or $31, in addition to the $40something for the truck.
At least I was smart enough to pay with a credit card through paypal, so I have protection from both paypal and my visa card. It's a hassle and takes a month or two, but worst case scenario is that it will take a couple months to get the charge removed.
