I checked out the legitimacy of Gearbest and they passed all my questions BUT, this raising of the price strongly smells like a similarity to the old bait and switch trick retailers used. They wait and see how large a run a certain item receives and then determines what they will honor.
Their shipping actually means it will take a certain time period to have the item delivered but not how long it takes to get it out the door and in their case I bet they drop ship so the promise of 4 to 5 days is BS.
