I charged the battery and drove it around on the living room carpet and in my yard. Everything works ok and after a few minutes I found out the truck kinda has two speeds, no speed and full speed. The throttle is very touchy but I could get it to run at speeds between stopped and full blast with very careful pulls on the trigger. The steering has the same turning situation. Slight turns can be performed with the same kind of care with the steering Knob. There were two spare suspension springs taped to the box, I'm wondering if they can be put on to stiffen the suspension. Why didn't they send four? Anyhow, I'm going to see if this critter can pull the Bruder trailer I hacked up ---- at least on flat ground. It might need some weight in the truck bed for traction.
