I've done 2 of these....all you have to do is put the stab on the center tube then put the jig on the tube then insert the tube into the fuse then align the jig like the left picture.
Then use a marker through the small hole at the l/e.
Take it all apart, remove the jig adn continue.
I drilled a small hole in the fuse at the marked point.
