Sorry. Not gettng it. I can't lay the jig flush against the fuze, because it won't slide over the 10 mm diameter carbon tube that is glued into the fuse and sticks out an inch on each side. That 10 mm tube receives the 9 mm center tube and turn inside it. Or maybe I've done that incorrectly here.
What about the throws. Do the upper and lower dots in the third picture indicate the initial throws?
