I found a Mitsubshi Zero spec on the web that said 6.5 degrees of dihedral.

I've not built the Platt Zero but see no reason to put in any more than what is scale. Having said that, I've seen lots of Platt Zeros and did not notice that any of them looked like they had too much dihedral. Just my .02 cents of course.
