We put the Velcro at the front bottom of the ball, you could also put a piece at the back of the ball. the piece we used was about 1-/2" long

Just got finished installing new aileron servos in the avenger and had to order 3-1/2" pro links as for some reason the 5" are now wayyyyyyyyyyyy to long.
