Yes, but its getting to the stage where its looking like all the presentation photos that you've been seeing. I should be getting it back these couple of days for final fitting-out. The close up of the gun mantlet illustrates a weak point of the design. The hinge is accurate but fragile and broke just from handling. The Leopard 2A6 had a much more robust hinge for this cover plate. I will probably end up using some fibreglass or cellophane tape on the backside underneath to let it remain flexible.
Paint was a custom mix of 4 parts of desert yellow, to 3 parts white, 1 part dark yellow, as Tamiya does not have acrylic paint that matches the TS-46 spray can color called for in the instructions.
