Just to keep you guys informed. I am doing OK. I had a stroke in January of 2015 and have recovered pretty well. I have some slight balance problems and phantom feelings in my left shoulder, hand and foot but other wise my coordination and dexterity are good. You would not know I had a problem just by looking, so all is good.

I still have photos for sale on CD if anybody would like to get some. For those of you not familiar with my collection, I have about 95 individual Full Size Waco's in it from ASO to ZQC. The pictures are taken from a modelers viewpoint with close ups of various details that are normally not pictured. Some Waco's have many pictures and some only a few. Example - The UMF pictures on the Pica Kit box, NC 1431 in Dark Blue and Cream trim, that started this whole thing I have about 140 pictures taken by the owner for me. NC 14081, YMF, White with Blue trim has over 300 hundred pictures. Contact me via e-mail - [email protected]

I do have a 1/6th Pica Kit (5' wingspan) for sale as I am not going to build it. Contact me at the above e-mail. I have lost interest in building models, don't have the time, but not in Waco's and airplanes. I am back in the shooting sports again and am competing at the club level in rifle. I did compete in pistol over 20 years ago while still in the USAF and stopped when I was driving big truck after I retired from the service.

I do have some sad news that I just received from the AWC. John Cournyer, part owner of the Creve Coeur Airport (Host of the American Waco Club Annual Fly In) and owner of many Waco's has passed away. No details about his death or funeral arrangements are known. Many/most of the Waco pictures were taken at CCA during the Fly Ins and John was always helpful answering questions about the Waco's.

A shout out to Bill and Dan and Mitch.

Guys Take Care, I will pop in every so often to say hi. John aka skylarkmk1, WB #26
It's nice to hear from you John. Sorry to hear about John Cournyer I'm sure he will be missed.
