Jim, let me ask you a question:
IF you lived on the WEST COAST and were planning on voting in a presidential election, would you vote if the results were posted in mid afternoon? For the east coast, the election would be over so they don't want to wait for the results so the results are posted as soon as there appears to be a winner. For the west coast, some still haven't voted and are now being told their vote means nothing. Same thing applies to the AMA officer voting. IF you were a candidate running for an office and heard from your opponent they had won THE DAY BEFORE the official results were posted, would you want to BELIEVE everything is on the up and up? THAT'S THE POINT SOME ARE TRYING TO MAKE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Also, is it fair that some, already in office, use company printed documents to help someone win an office? Again, that smells of corruption and vote tampering and, again, the defeated candidate would be well within their rights to question the results
