I loved my Windows XP laptop I had. It crashed a few years back and I was without a computer. Just used my old iPad which is now giving me problems, needs to be replaced. I, recently, acquired an old Windows 7 computer upgraded to Windows 10. I'm learning how to use it.
Your photo resizing question is a good one. I, too, needed to know the answer. So I searched. Here is how to do it:
Open Windows paint. Import the picture you want to resize. Resize the picture and save to your pictures file. I did this with one of my pictures and it worked. Smaller file size. I'm not well versed in computers. Someone may offer a better option. Hope this helps.
