Donny, it seems after a certain age downsizing becomes natural, we have been doing so the last couple of years. I think the most important think to consider in a new place is to get something with as little maintenance required as possible. It seems the old you get the harder it is to do some of the stuff you did without a second thought or you just get tired of the whole mishegoss and don't want to mess with it.
