Hah, you got me good there, yes sir it would indeed be a dry sump like my Sporty has. Everybody told if I used a non Harley oil filter that the oil would drain from the tank down into the sump, but it doesn't.. I have an aftermarket 35 micron stainless steel screen filter and no problem.
