Default Epoxy Fillers in Modeler Friendly Sizes

All of the StegallHobbies.com epoxy fillers have free shipping to the 48 continental US excluding destinations with high shipping costs like military bases. We are working on expanding to Canada and Mexico on Amazon and the products will soon be available on a new StegallHobbies.com web site for other international customers and those who do not buy from Amazon.

If you need epoxy fillers for this building season, make sure you check out http://EpoxyFillers.Store

We recently added 3 more filler types in 4 ounce and 8 ounce sizes.

Milled Fiberglass Epoxy Filler - http://amzn.to/2AqL7Pd

Milled Fiberglass is sometimes referred to as liquid fiberglass. It makes a jelly like paste depending on ratio of epoxy used. Mix it with Cab-o-sil (silica) or Micro Fibers to form a non-sagging paste. Excellent for bonding wood, fiberglass, carbon fiber, and composite materials, especially in corners where a fillet can be made. It is not good for fairing where sanding is needed as it is extremely hard.

1/4" Chopped Carbon Fiber Epoxy Filler - http://amzn.to/2jIBlQD

Chopped carbon fiber is great for reinforcing firewalls and nose areas where appearance doesn't matter. But smooth it out with a brush and if possible use a grinder or flapper wheel to knock off the sharp points.

Wood Flour Epoxy Filler - http://amzn.to/2icQVDy

Wood Flour Epoxy Filler is excellent for fixing dings and miss-drilled holes in hardwoods like plywood, oak, maple, etc. It is light brown in color to match natural wood. It sands well, but is heavier than other fairing fillers. Thickens to a non-sagging past with the proper ratio of epoxy.
