yes, when its cold it ramps slowly, make sure to use fresh battery when its cold charged to 4.1, not 4.2 unless you kept the battery indoors..
When you do a cold weather start, its much harder to ramp the fuel up and keep the heat into a kero start. if it stagnates at 70 degrees, then up the igniter by .2 I use 6.4 to start. also you can slow the fuel ramp in gaspar's ecu. thats good when its very hot, or very cold
