Though I think their customer service completely sucks, their prices often make it worth the gamble that you won't need customer service! Most of my Lipo batteries, elec. motors, speed controls, elec props and misc hardware all come from there. None of this is very expensive, so the risk of a big loss isn't very high. ALL orders are payed by credit card, guaranteeing I'll have final say on deals gone sour, which has happened. If they aren't agreeable when it comes time to settle the matter, it's just a couple minutes time filling out an online form at the credit card companies web site to get the charges reversed. Credit card company has little sentiment when it comes to over seas dealers.....
