Yes unfortunately call support is very limited at this time. We hired another tech recently and I have been training him as well as another on top of a bunch of new duties I have acquired recently. With email we can answer x10 as many questions as phone and as we actually distribute globally this can generate a bunch of support, questions, and most time consuming: pre-checking tanks. We check every single tank that leaves here by hand and this can make some delays. There is a physical limit to the amount of tanks one person can correctly check tanks in an 8 hour day and that was exceeded by orders this year. I'm slowly catching up, but the best way to reach me is by email as I am checking that at home too. I believe I should be caught up by possibly Monday/Tuesday at this rate. Now for the board, that definitely sounds like something is defective there. You should have proportional functions on that guy no matter what. It will idle low, but should increase at full throttle. Due to the noise of the gearboxes you might not actually hear it speed up, what I do is look at the smoke unit output to see if it changes from idle to full speed.
