Good, now we know the transmitter and receiver are working properly and the ESC is calibrated to the transmitter.
Test the motor by CAREFULLY connecting the red and black plugs directly to the battery connector (disconnect them from the esc first). Use some jumper wires to make it easier and be careful as it will spin up to max if the motor is good. Make sure the vehicle is off the ground and secured if testing the motor in the vehicle !
If the motor spins up very fast then both the motor and battery are good.
If it still won't work when all is connected back together then the ESC has failed and will need to be replaced.
